Really good.

I nicknamed this the “Hotel Tony Ramos” because there was so much body hair on the walls. My stay really wasn’t good. The staff were nice and attentive, and the price was affordable, but what I went through made it feel costly in the end. The place is very old, and even the smell made it seem like it had never been renovated. My first room was extremely dirty, with hair scattered around and a stained sheet. I asked them to clean it, but nothing changed, as if cleaning were impossible. When I asked to switch rooms, they moved me to a better one, though it was still pretty broken and not very clean. I’m not a neat freak, and this was just barely acceptable. At least the wardrobe didn’t smell old and stale. I usually like simple hotels, but this one had me thinking a ghost might show up at any moment, haha.
The reception was impeccable, and it’s a good place to stay for 2-3 days. I just didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included with the first night’s stay.
We were welcomed so warmly when I came with my mother, who uses a wheelchair. The setting was really cozy, and I loved the hospitality and excellent breakfast. I’d absolutely recommend it.
I feel right at home here. They welcome me like a resident, not a guest, and the hotel’s history seems to come through from the very first step. For me, it’s the best place to stay in Campo Grande.
