The hotel is old, but the location is good, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The service, though, was awful. Our room still hadn't been cleaned by 6 pm despite several reminders. Then we waited 1.5 hours at the restaurant and nothing came. When we asked what was happening, the waiter had taken the wrong orders and ignored our suggestion to bring out whatever was already cooked. The worst experience ever! 😡😤🤯🤬👾💀☠️👿😈

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was really good. The pool bar was a nice place to relax, and there are quite a few service features you'd expect at a 4 star hotel. But the building and furnishings have seen better days. Modernization has started, though things are worn out, I could feel every mattress spring, and there was dirt under the bed and mold in the shower. The rest is old but fine. Most staff unfortunately aren't bilingual. I guess the economical rates make up for some of it.

The receptionists were polite and helpful, and breakfast was wonderful. Try the churros cake, you won't regret it. The room was very nice too. The hotel is right downtown, with banks, restaurants, and clothing stores nearby. A great place to stay if you're spending some time in Campo Grande.

The bed and pillows were good, and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel could use some renovation in parts of the facilities, but it's still a great deal. Breakfast was great too.
