The only thing I’d mention is that the soundproofing could be better, though it didn’t bother us. The hotel is new, lovely, cozy, well laid out, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. In the room there were glasses, a capsule coffee maker, a minibar, and other conveniences. We had a great stay, and I’d choose it again if I return to Campos do Jordão.

The breakfast was good and met expectations, though I found it a little unnecessary to ask for the room number to keep track of who had been served. At a hotel of this level, that could be handled more subtly. It’s a minor point in an otherwise worthwhile stay, with good value, comfort, and excellent service. The hotel has its own restaurant for meals beyond breakfast, and when you arrive, you park and leave your keys at reception. The rooms have balconies, excellent king beds, and modern automatic blinds built into the windows and doors, easily controlled from anywhere in the room. Rooms with whirlpool tubs stand out, they’re spacious and comfortably fit two. You’re welcomed with a glass of champagne, and they provide 3 Corações coffee capsules for the in-room machine. The shampoo and conditioner are unusually good quality and really moisturize your hair. One improvement would be better insulation on the room door, both against hallway noise and light. The hotel itself is beautiful, new, and very comfortable. There are several room types available.

The inn is new, attractive, and comfortable, with a large parking lot. Staff were polite and helpful, and at check-in we received complimentary sparkling wine and a non-alcoholic drink, which was a sweet touch. We were two couples traveling as a family, and I got a fantastic upgrade to the master room with a whirlpool tub. The inn works with some restaurants at night, offering a 10% discount and a free van ride there and back. The van arrives in five minutes, which is great since the town center gets crowded at night. Breakfast had limited choices but was enough, and all the spaces looked nice and felt comfortable. There are some things to fix. The rooms need menus, and guests should be told that both controls operate the automatic windows. The whirlpool faucet in room 503 was leaking, though it didn’t cause a problem for us. The room lock was faulty, so we couldn’t lock the door when leaving. The sink also made a loud noise in the toilet when used, and I could hear the same noise from other rooms. Since the place is new, these things need attention to maintain its quality. Still, it’s worth staying here, I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The breakfast had great choices and was very clean and well organized. One of the waiters, whose name I can’t remember, was especially friendly and helpful in explaining the options. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and the hotel felt lovely and cozy for a couple’s stay, especially for a special occasion. I have no complaints about the room, it was a 10/10. It isn’t far from Vila Capivari. There’s a short stretch of dirt road, but we had no trouble going back and forth by Uber.
