Room Ouro 3 was spacious and airy, with comfortable beds and a nice bathtub. My main complaint about it was the lighting: it felt quite dark without the daylight coming in. Breakfast was basic but tasty, and senhora Adriana was lovely. When I arrived, I felt a bit lost among the hills and the separated rooms. She was on her way out but still took the time to show me around. The inn is nice and close to the center. Contact before arrival was only through WhatsApp. The rear entrance to the parking lot goes along a dirt road, which I didn’t find very accessible at night. Overall, I had a good stay.

The view is amazing, and it’s a quiet place to relax. Everything was clean, and the welcome was attentive. We had a bathroom light problem as soon as we arrived, but they fixed it in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and served in good portions. The only thing that caught us out was the very steep parking ramp, though it fits with the city’s hilly layout. We’ll be back!

The view of the trees from our room was unreal, and the room itself was spotless and smelled lovely. It also had a large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, and the woman who served us was so kind and helpful. The reception staff were attentive too. Such a charming place, I’ll definitely come back.

I chose this place to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary, and they made it feel like a great choice. The location is excellent, close to the center of campos de Jordão, and the cleanliness, organization, and breakfast were all excellent too. We’ll definitely return. Thanks to the whole inn team, from reception to the cooks.

What’s the point of a whirlpool tub if the whirlpool doesn’t work? The ad shows a beautiful tub, then says in small print that it’s only for soaking. That’s misleading.
