Hotel Barcelos

The view was perfect from our balcony room facing Vila Capivari, and the hotel's location was wonderful. We also had on-site parking, which made the stay much easier. The staff were kind, attentive, and lovely throughout. Our apartment was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well organized. It had everything we needed, including a great shower with strong, hot water. The duvet and blankets were so warm we actually got overheated! There was also a heater, which would be useful on colder days, though we didn't need it. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and had lots of variety. I really loved the stay and highly recommend it.

The handmade breakfast was wonderful, and the location made it easy to enjoy the city. Our room was comfortable, and everything was clean, organized, and set up with guests' well-being in mind. The welcoming atmosphere and great service made our stay in Campos do Jordão really special. We'll be longing to come back!

The location is excellent, right in front of CAPIVARI park, so we left the car in the garage and walked everywhere. The breakfast was wonderful, and there was even complimentary espresso during the day. Sr. Vinicius was so cordial and looked after us well. The rooms were high quality, with SMART TV. We've stayed at several hotels and inns where the TVs weren't smart and barely worked, so this was a nice change. The staff were wonderful with our daughters, the gas shower was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely return.

The front desk team were so attentive and helpful, and the hotel was spotless and smelled lovely. Breakfast was irresistible. What an amazing experience. Congratulations to the whole Barcelos team!
