We stayed in the Veneza room, and it was lovely, spacious, cozy, and furnished with classic pieces that still feel timeless. There was even a little bed for a child, plus a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub, and there’s a Taiff hair dryer. A small Nespresso machine and a minibar are in the room too. There’s no air conditioning, but Campos do Jordão's weather kept the temperature comfortable, and a fan was available if needed. The heater did a good job warming the room. Lucas and Rafael were very kind, and breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared for us rather than served as a buffet. Definitely a stay worth having.

The location was really good, and the whole place felt private, relaxing, and glamorous. Everything was immaculate from start to finish, from the cleaning to the service. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated, and the breakfast was outstanding.

The Suíte Moscou was such a charming place to stay, in a classic, tasteful, welcoming setting. Lucas showed us around and made us feel completely at ease when we arrived. The next morning Marcelo served the breakfast we chose, with excellent, high-quality products. Lucas and Marcelo also told us how the hotel got started and how it all came together. We travel a lot and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, and this was one of our best experiences. It’s in our top three stays in SP, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I loved my stay at Casa Regaleira. The view is beautiful, and the outdoor fireplaces made the evenings feel extra cozy. The facilities are a lovely place to unwind, but what really won me over was how warm the team was. Marcelo, Lucas, and Rafael were so attentive and friendly that I felt right at home.
