The moment we walked in, there was a mold smell, and our room smelled even worse. We left right away. The angry man who checked us in yelled that there would be no refund, even though we'd prepaid just minutes before. Despite the claim that it's “new,” this motel is in a very old building, and the pictures on its website don't show the whole story. If you're staying in this area, I'd suggest finding a hotel in the middle of the village, where the action is. Those hotels are clean and beautiful, and cost less per night than this moldy motel. This place also requires a drive into the village.

The room was comfortable and had proper heating. The location is great, and the free ride to the bus station or downtown is handy. I just wish there were a games room.

The breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and everything was clean and well organized. I stayed with my mother and had an amazing time. Fernando was especially kind and welcoming, and helped us so attentively. Nothing but praise.

The view was excellent, and breakfast was included and very good. Fernando took care of everything we needed, and we were treated really well. The only thing I’d suggest is more comfortable mattresses and pillows. We’d choose a chalet with a hot tub next time, but it wasn’t available for our dates.

The outdoor area is lovely and well maintained, and the place was spotless. We had a great stay and would gladly return. Our room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, a great bathroom, smart TV, minibar, heated taps and its own heating. The free transfer to Capivari worked really well and made getting around much easier. Breakfast had lots of choices and was served until 11, plus there’s a coffee machine available 24 hours. We were welcomed warmly from the moment we arrived.
