This was our second stay at Casa da Severina, and she's always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. The mattress in the room we had this time was firmer, though, and we didn't like it as much.

Dona Severina is such a kind, warm, and gracious person. My daughter took to her like a grandma, and the whole stay felt like being at Grandma's house. She made us feel completely at ease. Everything was just right, from the bed and shower to the lodging and breakfast. The breakfast was incredible, all made with care, and the place felt so cozy. We loved our weekend at Pousada da Dona Severina. Now we'll feel more at ease visiting Campos do Jordão since we already have a place to stay. We loved it!

We chose our trip for New Year's, and finding Pousada da Dona Severina felt like a real stroke of luck. It has a warm, family feel, and Dona Severina is an incredible businesswoman, with exceptional hospitality, empathy, courtesy, and service. She also makes great conversation with her guests. I'll definitely return and recommend it.

Dona Severina is so attentive and ready to make your stay the best it can be. She's incredibly friendly, and we really liked her. The house is a little far from the center, but it didn't get in the way of our visit. The accommodation is simple, but works perfectly well for a stay. Great value for money.
