Denis handled everything from my first contact with impressive professionalism. I said I'd arrive close to 23h, but traffic held us up until 1h da manhã, and they still welcomed us warmly. We got a key and gate remote, which is essential to me because it lets you come and go on your own without worrying. The inn is right in the center of Campos, about 5 minutes from Capivari, and close to a pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy, and Cacau Show. Breakfast was EXCELLENT: just ask and they'll make grilled bread, a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, or eggs. Our simple room was clean and cozy, with fresh sheets, and we weren't cold even though it was 9 graus when we arrived. I'd recommend buying water at the inn because it's a fortune in the center of Capivari. Great service and quality, highly recommended!

The cozy setting and convenient location were a great start, and the room was really comfortable. Our hosts were polite and helpful with everything we needed, including great suggestions for outings and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, too, and the atmosphere felt very family-friendly. Getting between floors would be difficult in the rain because there’s no cover on the way to the stairs. When I arrived, I had to ask for towels, and the tissues were just okay. The food was good.
