The staff made everything easy, from explaining how the hotel works and arranging breakfast times to showing us the pool and lighting the fireplaces. They were also helpful with food orders. There was no lunch or dinner service during our stay, but dining out is part of the Campos experience anyway. Breakfast had plenty of fruit, breads, toast, nuts, and cheese, plus some gluten-free and dairy-free options. Ask the staff about dietary needs. Tea and coffee were available in the late afternoon, and the garden view was lovely. The setting in the Loteamento Veu da Noiva area is convenient for reaching the city center by car. The heated pool was beautiful and especially nice on sunny days. Some rooms have balconies with lovely views. Check with reservations if you need ground-floor access, since not every room is on that level. Our wood-floored room had a few creaks, though we didn’t hear noise from the other guest rooms. The nearby main road was somewhat busy, but not too much at night. The bed made a loud cracking sound when I sat or got up. It wasn’t a big problem since we didn’t spend much time in the room, and I didn’t report it. With so many hotels in Campos Do Jordão using wood floors or decor, I understand this is common in local houses.
