Top notch.

The flat was poorly maintained. The lights didn't work, the mattress and sofa were so old they sagged, and the drains smelled strongly of sewage.

The facade looks lovely, but the flat was disappointing. The lights didn't work, and the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. I asked for a double bed, but they put two single beds in the room instead. I got my money back and went somewhere else.

A perfect experience. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and really well located. The staff were helpful and polite, and we'll definitely come back again.

It's an older building and has deteriorated a bit. It serves a broad, varied range of people, so there's a lot of movement throughout the property.
