The room was comfortable and well organized, the breakfast was delicious, and the team were attentive. Our experience was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We recommend it!

The breakfast was amazing, honestly hard to put into words. We had a wonderful five-day stay, and the room was spotless and smelled fresh. Thanks to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We’ll be back with the kids next time!

Brenda and Binho were warm and attentive, and Binho is a great cook. The laundry service with washing and drying worked, but there was too little bedding, so we had to pay extra for a heater. We also had to eat breakfast standing up because there weren’t enough tables. The room was tiny. You had to step over the bed to get into the bathroom, which didn’t even have a shelf for soap. The shower never got hot, and the outlets didn’t work. The location is inconvenient, far from everything with no nearby shops. On top of that, the owner requires full payment before check-in, and I don’t think the place is worth the price.

The location was a major drawback, about 3 km from the center in an unattractive neighborhood, with no parking inside the property. You have to leave the car in a roadside pull-off. I booked the flight and stay package through decolar, but the photos on decolar and the inn’s website didn’t match what we found. In my view, this place deserves no more than two stars, and I was frustrated by the owner selling an image so different from reality. Breakfast was the least of my complaints, though it was very basic: cookies, granola, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk, and cake, plus a choice of two items such as a toasted ham and cheese sandwich or bread with egg. Our room, number 5, was among the farthest from reception, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work there. My friends in room 1 barely got a signal either. The bedding was stained, the pillowcases and towels were dingy, the bathroom door tracks and curtain were filthy, and there was no hand towel. The clothes smelled as if they’d been stored for a long time. The bathroom was badly finished, with a broken floor, a cheap mirror and wastebasket, and nowhere to put shampoo or soap except the floor. The hair dryer cable was nearly broken and seemed unsafe. There was no bedside table, just a chair for a backpack, no minibar, and no outlets by the bed. A room for three had only two usable outlets, since the headboard blocked one, and there wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom at all. How is anyone meant to use a hair dryer or straightener? The portable heater in our room only worked somewhat, while my friends had none. In winter, that seems impossible. There was no bath mat, and the sheet had been patched. At check-in, nobody asked us to sign anything, they only wrote down our phone number and CPF. The notices taped to the wall looked unfinished.

The room floor was so sticky, and the bathroom was filthy, with hair stuck to the tiles and a dirty sink. The bedding seemed like it had never been washed, and the mattress smelled of mold. The bathroom window was propped up with a piece of wood, and there seemed to be no maintenance at all. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. The bread was limp and cold, the processed ham looked green, and there was only one kind of dry, stale cake. No butter or cream cheese, just some margarine left in a dirty tub. There was nothing else to choose from and no sandwich press to warm the bread, yet they charged extra for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. The whole place felt grimy, and I was disgusted at the thought of spending even one night there. If you want a frustrating stay in Campos de Jordão, this is the place.
