The place is simple, just as the owner says, and for a one-night stop like mine, it was worth it. I had a good experience despite seeing other people speak badly about it. The owner was polite, helpful, and kind, and the receptionist was just as friendly and courteous. It's close to the bus station and center of Campos, which I found very convenient. There are cameras and several gates, which are closed after 22:00. My room and bathroom were clean, and the bedding was clean too, though plainly not fancy. I always bring my own bedding, no matter how many stars a place has. Breakfast was included, also simple, but it was there. For the price and location, I thought it was great. People complain a lot and sometimes expect a feast at a place like this, even though they eat simple food at home, which is fine too. Campos is a quiet city without many attractions, and businesses close early. If you're going to Goytacazes, have a food delivery app installed or stop at a market to stock up first. The place exceeded my expectations. I'd give it a Michelin star!

Awful room and bathroom, and it was very expensive too. Zero out of ten.

The location is terrible and the coffee was bad. The place isn't worth it. There's very little room to move around, and the overall setup is awful. The bedding is very old, the mattress was black with dirt and made me itch, and the bathroom drain gave off a strong sewer smell.

The staff were so kind to me, I felt like a princess. The guys were especially helpful whenever I needed a hand with something, haha.
