Breakfast gets hectic, with lots of people trying to eat and head to work at once, though the staff do a good job keeping things moving. They could use a few more utensils, bowls, and cups. The hotel is near restaurants and bars, and many guests work at Port do Açu, often wearing coveralls and boots in the shared areas. Even with that, the staff keep the place clean and treat everyone respectfully and professionally.

If you’re traveling to Brazil for business or work in Campos RJ, I’d recommend visiting Ramadan Hotel. It’s a very nice place.

I was given an early check-in preference by Mr.Andriano Silverio, and the reception staff were eager to welcome me. Check-in and check-out were quick, just like before. This was another stay, on 23 Sept and 24 September, after a good previous experience. The rooms are nice, and the food is good with lots of variety through the day and at night. The in-house amenities are well maintained. If you're planning a stay, choose this hotel. Thanks, Andriano, and thanks, Hotel Ramada.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the room has a big bed. After more than a day in airports, getting to rest in a clean, large bed felt like heaven. There are no toiletries provided, though, and the AC is quite noisy, which made sleeping difficult after a flight from another part of the world. That was my situation; under normal circumstances, this is a great hotel.
