Urbanos Hotel

The only decent things here are the air conditioning and the shower. Everything else is pretty bad. Breakfast is awful, and so is the service. The bathroom drains are clogged and water is leaking.

Way too expensive for what you get. The room is tiny, very basic, and old, with a bad bathroom and a small bed. There's no private parking. The only new thing is the air conditioner.

The bed was good, the AC cooled really well, and the TV worked normally. Breakfast was about what you'd expect for the room rate, so it's decent value overall. Still, the cracked toilet seat was uncomfortable and needs attention. The parking area isn't enclosed, and someone put gum on my car's roof.

Good morning. I gave one star because I had to, otherwise I'd have given zero. A group of friends and I drove nearly 800 km from Belém to Canaã dos Carajás and booked through booking.com. We went straight to a restaurant for dinner after reaching the city, then headed to hotel Amazonas, only to find out our reservation had been canceled by the hotel even though everything had already been paid. They said they'd sent an email about the cancellation, but it never arrived, and they didn't show us that email either. The whole experience was completely unpleasant. Be careful.
