Augusta Centro Hotel

The hotel staff deserve a huge thank you. Jéssica, who prepares breakfast, is such a warm and lovely person; Fabricio at reception was really friendly, and I unfortunately forgot the name of the young man who looks after the cars. What a great team. The reception is well organized with a colonial touch, breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices, especially the colonial biscuit, and the rooms are immaculate, fragrant, and beautifully made up. The simplicity of the place is part of what makes it so welcoming and special. We had a wonderful stay, and I hope the hotel and everyone on the team thrive. God bless and keep you all. We’ll be back soon. A thousand points for you! One suggestion for improvement: we stayed from December 21 to 27 and were there over Christmas. On the evening of the 24th, there weren’t many dinner options in town, even though it’s a tourist destination. We found a nice place, but it sounded like other guests had trouble finding somewhere too. Maybe the hotel could offer Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners. They wouldn’t need to be elaborate, just simple, tasty food like breakfast, perhaps two meat options, rice, salads, farofa, and dessert. Set a fair price, perhaps 120 to 170 reais after checking what’s viable. From what I heard during our stay, everyone missed having this option. It could save guests from having to hunt around for a meal on those difficult evenings. Please give it some thought!

The suite was a highlight, with plenty of space, elegant details, a balcony, and a bathtub that made it easy to unwind. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and served generously. The Augusta Hotel is also close to the city's main sights, which made getting around convenient. From arrival, the attentive staff made me feel especially welcome. A comfortable, lovely stay.

The room felt brand new and was exceptionally clean. We were welcomed with little gifts in the room, and got another on the way out. Great service and a good location too. I really recommend it.

The comfortable room and tasty breakfast made the stay even better. Augusta Centro Hotel is right in the center of Canela, so getting to attractions was easy. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Canela.
