The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, with modern, cozy facilities and a very polished appearance. But our stay was a letdown. The pool and jacuzzi area near the elevators had no nonslip mats, and the floors were always wet, which seemed like a serious accident risk. The hotel also lost power on the night before my last day. We had no lights, hot water, air conditioning, TV, or elevators. Around 1 a.m. reception said we could move to a room in Ala B, where there was power and hot water. We waited, hoping things would be fixed by morning, but at 6 a.m. the power was still out. When we called again because we needed hot water and electricity to get ready and shower in the cold, the response was curt and we were told nothing could be done. After we insisted, they let us use a room in Ala B just to take a shower. The room cleaning was another ongoing problem. We left around 9 a.m. and came back at 4 p.m. the day after check-in to find it hadn't been cleaned. After we complained, the housekeeper came up but only changed the towels and made the bed, without cleaning the floor as requested. This happened throughout the week, and we had to ask for room cleaning every day. Check-in had already gone badly. Our travel agency had asked for the five couples in our family group to stay on the same floor, which the hotel had confirmed, saying only one couple would be on a different floor. Instead, one couple was put on the 6th floor, two on the 2nd, and two on the 3rd, all in the newly opened Ala A. The receptionist was extremely rude and said there was no way to change it, despite the earlier confirmation. We then had to carry five suitcases down from the 6th floor to reception without any help from hotel staff. My mother has knee problems, and my 80-year-old grandfather has a femur prosthesis. Both had to go up and down more than six flights of stairs, an entirely unnecessary effort and not the basic care guests should receive, especially older people or anyone with limited mobility. All of this showed a lack of organization and concern for guest comfort, and especially a lack of courtesy from staff. It seriously affected our experience.

The room design was a favorite: a divider and all the comforts made it feel like two rooms in one, with air conditioning and a TV whose channels all worked. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, and every employee was kind, from the WhatsApp replies to reception and the rest of the team. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, with plenty of variety and everything I needed. I also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, lounge area, and bikes. Riding around with my family and taking in the views nearby was really fun. I stayed from 12/ to 16/26 and loved the experience. I was approached for an interview and knew what it was about since I already own a share in another hotel. I politely explained that I knew how it worked, but was curious about the price, so I went to the short presentation and toured the whole hotel. It's lovely and brand new. I didn't buy a share at the time, though I admit I was interested because there are some advantages over what I already have. I did book another seven-day stay, and it will be a pleasure to come back soon. I'm grateful to and full of praise for the whole team, especially Emília, who spoke with me during the presentation, and Sthefano, who kindly answered all my questions online.

The restaurant really stood out, with the Raizes tasting sequence, friendly and polite servers, good food, and great prices. The SPA massages were lovely too. Roberta took care of me and was so sweet. The staff at reception and the valets deserve a mention as well. The recreation program was fantastic, and Baby and Tati were great with everyone. They ran lots of pool activities that included the whole family. The pools were fun, though I wish the jacuzzis had time limits because some guests stayed in them for hours. We stayed for two nights as a family and are leaving today. The hotel is beautiful, very new, and everything in the rooms is high quality, from the towels, showers, bedding, and comfortable beds to the TV with lots of channels. Many four-star hotels in Gramado don't offer that quality. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. It's a great place for families with kids, with a gaming room, cinema, garden, live music, bikes, and more. Tainara, one of the share sellers, was lovely and booked the cinema for us to watch the Grêmio game. Our family has nothing but praise for the hotel. It was a special weekend, and we'll be back!

The beds were supposed to both be doubles. One was comfortable, but the other was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the kind that folds against the wall. We slept badly because of it. Every day we asked for the room to be cleaned, towels were missing. One day they didn't sweep, and another day someone left a cloth covered in hair on top of my toothbrushes. It felt like a total disregard for hygiene and basic care. The sheets were clean and smelled nice, breakfast was acceptable, and the parking valets were especially polite and attentive. Oddly, they were the only staff who were genuinely courteous, and they were outsourced. Reception was careless: we'd say good morning as we walked by, but get no reply or eye contact. Basic politeness and warmth were missing. The only people keen to interact were the share sellers, who approached us constantly. I hadn't planned to leave a review, but changed my mind after checkout, when we were asked to pay an “optional” service fee. The way they asked embarrassed my husband, who ended up paying. Given the service we'd received, an apology for the stay would have made more sense than asking for an extra fee. We didn't go back to reception to request a refund because we were already late for our flight. Still, I think it was ridiculous and disappointing for the hotel to ask for it. After so many problems every day, to the point that I had to complain daily, the fee shouldn't even have been brought up. We'd already paid a high nightly rate, and the experience fell far short of what I expected.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the jacuzzis were great. The rooms had decent space and a smart TV. Still, this isn't a hotel we'd return to or recommend. It felt more suited to business travelers than a family holiday, and didn't have the cozy Canela/Gramado atmosphere we wanted. Breakfast had lots of options, but the quality was average, and there was nothing for people with celiac disease or food intolerances. The pool area was small for the number of rooms, so it was crowded and noisy. At one point they played music very loudly through speakers for pool activities, which meant there was no peace. Parking was outsourced and cost R$40 per day. The most frustrating part was the presentation about buying shares. We went because it was supposed to take 30 minutes, but it lasted almost two hours, even after we said we weren't interested in buying.
