Jo, our host, is so kind and attentive. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the decor is lovely. There’s a fully equipped kitchen shared with other guests, and the place stays remarkably clean and tidy despite having seven or eight cats. It’s peaceful, and the beach is only three blocks away.

I stayed two days in the ground-floor room at the back, which has its own bathroom, and had no trouble at all with my cat allergy. I didn’t take any allergy medicine or even sneeze, and I didn’t spot a single cat hair. Joemara is meticulous about cleaning and clearly marks areas where cats can’t go, including the kitchen and bedrooms. Everything was spotless and there was nothing missing for a comfortable stay. The Cat's House is beautiful and has everything you might need. Joemara was always kind, smiling, and attentive, and she doesn’t cut corners on quality. From the toilet paper, soaps, and sheets to the furniture and smallest details, everything was top quality, better than what I’ve found even in the best hotels. I’m very grateful.
