The service was wonderful, the gentleman who helped us was so attentive and helpful. The room was large, with an amazing bed, and the cleaning was impeccable. The hydromassage tub was perfect. It’s a great place to unwind away from the city’s bustle, even though it’s close to the center. Breakfast was simple, with bread, cold cuts, and fruit, and we missed having eggs or some kind of cake. Still, it’s well worth it.

The inn is elegant and peaceful, in a good location, and we were treated well. Breakfast was simple but really tasty. Still, for the amount we paid, I expected more. The lighting was poor, and there weren’t enough outlets near the bed. The room felt damp and smelled a bit moldy, and my husband’s rhinitis got worse. There were little things that made a difference: a badly stained towel, hairs in the whirlpool tub, and a loose toilet. It needs some renovations.

The room and blankets had a really strong mold smell. On top of that, the owner was very difficult to deal with. We booked through booking, and the reservation said there would be an extra bed for our child. When we got there, the owner said it was a platform error and refused to resolve it. The service from him was very poor.

The room had a major water leak. When we told the owner, nothing was done, and we ended up looking for a nearby hotel where we could take a hot shower. The owner said the heater couldn’t keep up, even though there were only six guests in the entire inn. The place was damp and poorly lit, hot water was restricted by the owner, and breakfast was very basic. The sheets and towels weren’t changed. Our towels were dirty and wet, and they were only replaced when we asked. With the house rules and the way the place was run, it fell short on basic lodging needs. There wasn’t even anyone or anywhere to ask for a glass of water. It could have been a great inn, but this left a lot to be desired. I’d rate it 2 out of 10.
