We had a really bad stay. One of the beds was badly dirty, which was disgusting. My wife and I slept uncomfortably because of it, and our kids had to sleep on the floor and on a couch. We were exhausted.

The facilities were great, and the staff have been really nice so far. I don't speak Portuguese, but I was still able to get by okay.

It's an average hotel in Canoas, but the location is good, close to downtown. The breakfast and dinner meals were good.
