The chalé had a beautiful view of the lake, though I can’t comment on the rooms since I stayed there. The place itself is lovely, with accessible waterfalls, and the man who welcomed us, who I think was the owner, gave great service and helped me fix a mistake I’d made when booking. What really disappointed me was the lack of peace and quiet. Loud music played all day, with questionable lyrics, in a place that should have been for mental rest.

I stayed with two other people. Our room was spacious and clean, with freshly sanitized bed and bath linens, and they provided towels and soap. The natural pool was great, and service from all the staff was excellent. Bar prices were good, with beer at 7 reais. Breakfast was very good and served from 8 to 10, a convenient time. There are seven waterfalls on site, and the four we walked to were the best. I’ll definitely come back.
