Cocanha Beach Pousadas

The inn is in a peaceful condominium, and even during Carnival we had no noise problems or other disturbances. The pool was well cared for, and the jacuzzi was an amazing bonus. Breakfast was complete, with a good selection, and met our expectations perfectly. Bianca and Ricardo welcomed us so warmly and were incredibly helpful. Our room worked very well for us, with clean sheets and towels, a full bathroom, and an excellent shower. The location is a big advantage too: the condominium gives easy access to Praia da Cocanha, so we didn't have to pay for parking or hunt for a spot during a busy holiday. I have nothing to complain about. It was all wonderful, and I'm so grateful for the support during our Carnival stay.

We spent 5 days at Pousada Cocanha Beach with our daughter and our little dog, and had an incredible experience. The inn is inside a condominium with direct beach access, so we could enjoy the sea without moving the car. Bianca was our first point of contact and made us feel welcome right away. We also met Ricardo, who was attentive, polite, and truly concerned about every guest's well-being. Meeting the owner, Maicon, made us even happier to be there. He showed real care for the place and the people staying in it. I recommend it wholeheartedly. The stay was complete, warm, and unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocanha Beach pousada. The place felt very safe, and the rooms, pool, and jacuzzi were always clean. Ricardo and Bia were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and breakfast was really tasty too. I hope to come again next year.

The good parts were the breakfast, which was good quality, and the attentive, polite, efficient staff. The pool area was spacious, pleasant, and well kept. The inn is in a quiet spot surrounded by nature, inside a gated condominium, which made it feel peaceful. The room itself was in poor condition. There were cobwebs and wasp nests, and large gaps between the walls and roof let insects and small animals in. The PVC ceiling trapped heat, making the room extremely hot and stuffy, and the fan couldn't cool it down. The bed was uncomfortable, with a thin mattress that creaked constantly. The windows had wooden slats with gaps but no glass or curtains, and the low ceiling made it easy to bump your head. Getting to the rooms meant climbing lots of stairs and a ramp, including two steep flights, one of them spiral. That made moving around harder and carrying luggage risky. The shower's water flow and temperature kept shifting from very hot to very cold, and exposed wiring was a safety concern. We had planned to stay two nights but left a day early because of the unhygienic room. I think we might have had a better experience in one of the rooms on a lower floor, but I wouldn't recommend staying in the room we had.
