I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were awful. The mattresses had no covers, the towel was dirty, and there was no soap. They told me to go buy some at the market. The air conditioner didn’t work. I spoke to the owner, who said she’d given me a discount because of that, but nobody had told me about it beforehand. There was no shower enclosure, and the colored sheets seemed meant to hide the dirt. At 11 p.m. there was terrible noise, and there wasn’t even a TV in the room. The service was awful too. The people were rude and treated customers as if they were doing us a favor. I love traveling and have even stayed in roadside hotels, but I’ve never had an experience like this, with the service, hygiene, and room conditions.

Susi at reception was very friendly. I got lucky with my room and had no problems, but two couples we knew in other rooms weren’t happy. Their shower kept stopping because the circuit breaker tripped, and the minibar door was broken and rusty. There were other issues too. There’s a lot they could improve.

Our room was really comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot, just how I like it. Everything felt brand new, and the receptionists were great, so attentive and kind. The location is excellent, with places to find food nearby, since the inn itself doesn’t serve meals.
