There was nowhere for my son to spend time outside the tiny room, apart from the hallway. The place had no reception or shared space, and there was no breakfast, even though the reservation said it was included. The room was filthy: hair all over the floor, dead cockroaches, lots of cobwebs, and stained sheets. A woman was finishing the cleaning when we arrived and handed us the key, but later, when we needed towels and sheets, nobody came. They don't answer the phone, and the WhatsApp service is terrible. It left our experience in the city far below what we expected. I don't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were excellent, but there were some real problems. The supermarket next door played music on outdoor speakers until it closed at night, and it bothered us a lot. We arrived at night to find no reception and no phone signal. We had to find Wi-Fi before they could send us the room number. The power went out overnight and didn't return until 7:30 the next morning. We had been told the pousada had a generator, but it didn't work.

The room was dirty, there were cockroaches in the hallway, and there was NO breakfast. They’re great when it’s time to charge you, but when we needed help, they wouldn’t reply or answer the phone.
