Really top-notch.

I wouldn't recommend the experience. When we visited the inn/restaurant, the entrance from the beach was open, and a staff member politely explained that only guests could move around the property, but said we could have a look. As we were already leaving, another employee came over very rudely, said it was private property, and told us to leave. There was no courtesy, and what he said didn't match the earlier explanation. I understand that rules have to be followed, but the staff should at least be polite and on the same page. The way we were treated was unnecessary and embarrassing. Management should review the team's training so situations like this don't damage the place's image.

I was really disappointed by how this was handled. I had a non-refundable reservation through Hoteis.com for the end of January. Because of an unexpected work issue, I asked Hoteis.com to cancel without a penalty so I could reschedule the trip and book again with the inn. After several days without a reply, Hoteis.com said the inn hadn't responded. I eventually reached an employee named Drika on WhatsApp. She said she would email her approval right then so the cancellation could go through at no cost. Hoteis.com never got that response. With the matter urgent and trusting the verbal approval I'd been given, I ended up canceling my flight. When I contacted them again, the answer had completely changed: I was told there would be fees, the attendant was extremely rude and raised her voice, said I should have booked directly with the inn instead of through Hoteis.com, then ended the conversation by saying she wouldn't help me anymore. An inn charging more than R$ 2.000 per night should at least communicate clearly, stick to what it says, and treat people respectfully. Service is part of the experience, and unfortunately this one was very negative.

A great hotel option in caraiva, with excellent service. The shower pressure was incredible, breakfast was great, and the restaurant is a really nice place to spend the day by the beach.
