Pousada Sol Nascente

Getting to both the beach and the town center was easy from this perfectly located inn. The owners were especially attentive and helpful, and everyone made us feel well looked after. Everything was clean, organized, and smelled fresh. Breakfast was all fresh and tasty, honestly one of the best I’ve had. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The girls on the team were all so sweet and helpful. I loved staying here and already want to come back 😍. Breakfast was the highlight, though I may have eaten enough to gain weight because I wanted to try everything! They also put out cake with coffee for the afternoon, and I can’t pick a favorite between the cassava, corn, and banana cakes. The location is perfect, close to the river, the sea, and the little bars. Best inn I’ve stayed at in Caraíva.

There’s even cake, coffee, and tea waiting after an afternoon at the beach. The team are lovely, cheerful, and always smiling, and the room stayed clean and smelled fresh. The inn is well cared for, with no stuffy or moldy smell. It’s just a minute’s walk to the beach and under ten minutes to the town center and church. Breakfast was incredible, with fresh, varied options made to order. I heard other guests call it the best breakfast they’d had at an inn, and I agree. A wonderful stay!

We spent six wonderful days here. The inn is charming and right in the middle of everything, and the breakfast was fantastic. The service is one of the things that makes the place so special. I’d love to come back as soon as I can.
