A fun spot to go for a few drinks.
A really nice place to stay.
The one thing that saved my stay was being so close to the dunes. You can walk there and catch a beautiful sunset. Beyond that, there was a lot of disorganization. It's a large house adapted into an inn, and the parking only fits two cars one behind the other, so someone is always being asked to move. I was lucky it wasn't busy. If it's full, you might have to leave your car outside overnight. Breakfast was awful, with hardly any choice and strict portions, like two slices of cheese per person. I've never seen that at any inn or hotel I've stayed at. There's no minibar in the rooms, and using the air conditioning costs extra. The pool was dirty, the bathroom shower just dripped, and the rooms had no TV. They only take cash, no credit cards. The people in charge would welcome you and then disappear for the day at the beach, so if you needed anything, you were out of luck.
The inn itself is really pretty, and the staff were helpful and very polite. But there aren't places to eat nearby, and shops are a bit of a walk away. The beach is better for extreme sports than swimming or bringing kids, something I hadn't paid attention to when I went. My mistake! I also had a small issue with the Booking app, which reserved a room that wasn't available. In the end I was next to another guest who kept me awake. There isn't a TV at the inn either.
