Hotel Friburgo

I wouldn't call this a hotel. They didn't honor my reservation and showed no concern for me as a customer. I even offered to pay for a cup of coffee in the morning, but they wouldn't allow it because they calculate the amount for each guest. I've never seen anything like it. The apartment had no window, and the shower had no enclosure. Truly disappointing 🤦🏻‍♀️

I paid 140,00 for a night in a room with air conditioning, but the room was stuffy enough that I had to sleep with the windows open. In the middle of the night, the outlet where the air conditioner was plugged in got so hot it nearly started a fire. We woke up frightened by a very strong burning smell and unplugged everything. The air conditioner plug wasn't compatible. The shower in one of the rooms we were meant to stay in was burned out too. The beds were clean and things were quiet at first. In my opinion, the towels should be white, since the dark ones are covered in lint. That night wasn't restful at all.

The bathroom had a basic electric shower, a sink, and a toilet, with relatively large windows, even in the WC. I had a basic room with a comfortable single bed, a smart TV, and a fan. It also had porcelain tile flooring and curtains that kept the light out. The linens were clean and individually wrapped, and soap and shampoo were provided.

I've always been treated well here. The service is great, especially at reception, and the cleaning staff are good too.
