Great.

The rooms look really nice, and even the blankets smell of alcohol, but they’re very small. The hotel has a good setup. I travel a lot, and the breakfast is definitely the biggest letdown. They could improve it. Even basic options would be fine if they were done well.
The location is fantastic, right next to the city’s biggest supermarket. It’s a really cozy place, and the service is first-rate.
The staff were fantastic, especially kauany, and breakfast was very good. But there’s a lot that needs attention. My room had loads of mosquitoes, and the owner wasn’t welcoming at all. Nobody needs to be grinning constantly, but a little friendliness matters in hospitality. Also, if an extra guest costs R$ 120,00, that fee should be clearly explained to the guest. A room at 170,00 plus R$ 120,00 for a companion to spend a few hours there is way out of line. Being more courteous to customers would make me more likely to stay again. I travel all over the country and know how to judge hotels, whether they’re good, average, or somewhere in between.
The reception looked lovely, but that’s not where you spend the night. My room was tiny, and the bathroom was even worse, barely a meter across. The place also felt disorganized. I’d seen good things when I searched and thought the price meant it couldn’t be bad, but the stay was awful. Lesson learned: ask to see the room before paying. When I need a place in Colider, I’ll look elsewhere. I won’t stay here again.
