Apt incrível e mais alugado no Porto Real Resort para 6 adultos e 4 crianças

There’s something here for everyone, and my kids had a great time. The room was good and the view was wonderful. There was plenty of good food to choose from, and the meals at the kiosks and bars were good value. We’ll be back!

Here it’s SA...VOR the electricity, SA...VOR the air conditioning, SA...VOR the refrigerator. From 8 p.m. to 9 a.m., there’s no power every single day, without exception. The power goes out more than Vasco loses. The owners know and do nothing. They advertise rentals without telling you that you’ll be left without electricity, with food going bad in the fridge. They say the place is breezy. You might as well camp in the woods, because it’s the same thing, without electricity. I filmed the emergency stairs with the emergency lights off, completely dark. People of low character make a racket, play loud music, talk loudly, and drag furniture around at midnight and 2 a.m., and management does NOTHING. The same goes for Porto Real Resort e Suites.

The shuttle to the beach took more than an hour, didn’t deliver what was promised, and let non-guests board, leaving paying guests without a seat. At lunch in the hotel restaurant there were no waiters, so service was slow and inefficient. Several other guests were complaining about the same things. At dinner and breakfast, basic supplies weren’t replenished, including dishes. There were long waits for a table, and the service was disorganized. For one simple request, I had to contact several employees. The old facilities could have been acceptable, but the poor service completely spoiled the experience. Very disappointing, well below what I expected.

The room was tiny and had almost no windows, and with the place so isolated, you end up stuck in the building without other options. The food was supposed to be a buffet, but instead it was a la carte with very few choices. The property is neglected and poorly maintained, including the hot pool, which has very little water. It feels like the place is in decline. I don’t recommend it.
