The complex itself is lovely, with upscale homes and those towers with lofts. The pools are excellent, too. I stayed in a loft on the first floor, basically a studio with a living area, kitchen, and bathroom, and had to put up with lots of millipedes and spiders. There's a trail from the complex to a secluded beach, though the water is dark and there's a bit of ore on the bottom. You can also reach another beach from inside the complex, with shops and crystal-clear water. It was worth experiencing, but next time I'd look for a house.

The setting on the Costa Verde is good, but the condominium is expensive and short on infrastructure and services. There's still plenty of room for it to improve.

I've been to the condominium twice, but this was my first time in this loft. What really made the difference was the service. Senhor Carlos was very kind and helpful. I loved everything, and we'll be back soon.
