FLAME is still the best, always delivering more than it promises. This place was awful from the moment we arrived: the garage was very cramped. The door leading from our room to the corridor shared by all the suites was open. We shut it ourselves, then called reception to ask them to lock it, since there was no key on our side. It took forever for them to do this basic thing. The entrance door was damaged and its lock was lying on the floor, so there was no security at all. A few minutes after we asked to have the corridor door locked, some insolent employee unlocked it and opened it. We called reception right away to report what had happened and waited for someone to follow up, but nobody did. They charged us the usual amount and didn't even apologize.

We booked through Booking.com. Our air-conditioned room suited us perfectly. We ordered chicken parmigiana for dinner and it was really tasty. Breakfast was basic, but fine.

This was the worst motel I've ever been to. Our first room smelled of cigarettes, and after we complained they moved us to another one. That room was stuffy, and the old fan barely turned. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, and one pillow was moldy. The towels were so rough they felt like sandpaper. The bathroom looked grimy, and the whole place seemed old and dirty. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was made fresh, and everything was clean and pleasant. The place itself was clean and cozy, and the rest was great. But with such poor sound insulation, it's not a good spot for a night's sleep. I spent the whole night hearing some women who stay there moaning loudly. A few lights in the room were burned out too.
