Actuall Convention Hotel

There’s no snack bar on site. I paid R$40 to park while attending an event, and they directed me to a muddy patch. When I tried to leave, my car got stuck. Nobody there had the experience or equipment to help, so my husband came with a jack and had to get the car out. It had been caught on the exhaust among rocks and mud. I’d suggest arriving by Uber, taxi, or bus. If you do drive, refuse to park in that muddy area.

The restaurant really stood out. Sra Sônia prepared excellent dishes with great care, and Srs Diego and Marcos served them just as thoughtfully. That’s the kind of service I expect at a hotel, and they exceeded my expectations. The hotel is still reopening, and a number of things are already being improved, including the internet. I’ll be back soon and hope the internet issue is sorted by then. With more progress, I’m sure O Actual will be one of the best hotels in Contagem before long. Congratulations.

The areas around the hotel were very dirty, and some facilities, including the pools and leisure areas, were closed. Breakfast was extremely limited, with one juice, one cake, and very little fruit. Our room door wouldn’t lock, and they said no other room was available, so it stayed unlocked during our entire stay. I booked two nights, September 19 to 21, 2025, for R$717.56 total. Hotel Actual convention Contagem advertised itself misleadingly and wasn’t ready to host guests. On October 1, I messaged the hotel manager, Sra. Mariana, twice on WhatsApp asking for an explanation, but she hasn’t replied. The hotel chain should take notice or close the hotel.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, the internet didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work, and breakfast was awful. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, just a whole horror show. I gave this feedback to Gerente Mariana.
