I really liked the place, it’s an incredible hotel. Recepcionista Kelli was great at her job, very friendly and easy to talk to. Marcos gerente was also really nice, sensible, and friendly. One of the best hotels I’ve been to 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The reception deserves praise. The staff there were very polite, and the service was a 10. The room, though, was like a cell. No air conditioning, the fan was broken, and the shower’s heating element had burned out. There are great hotels, good ones, bad ones, terrible ones, and then there’s the industrial 🤦 God help me.

After an 11-hour trip, this was a good place to rest. The receptionists welcomed me warmly, and management is available whenever something unusual needs sorting out. I recommend it.

It’s a simple hotel and I enjoyed my stay. I was welcomed well, and the room was what I expected. Nothing to complain about. There are a lot of stairs, but otherwise it was great for me.

A great value hotel for a rest or a getaway. The manager was attentive, the receptionists were friendly, the housekeepers did a good job, and breakfast was great.
