The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, and my room was spotless and nicely decorated. The location is super convenient, with Oscar Freire Street, Paulista Avenue, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and plenty of shops all within walking distance. Easily the best place I've stayed in São Paulo. Highly recommend it! 👌
I'm here for work, and the room itself is okay, but the sheets aren't. The noise is the bigger problem: the metal window barely blocks the street sounds, and the room is extremely loud, so I couldn't sleep properly. They moved me to another room, but it was just as noisy. I wouldn't recommend it if getting a good night's sleep matters to you.
The location worked really well, and the rooms are a good size. The shower had good pressure, breakfast was a nice buffet, and the staff were very kind and let us check in early. But the rooms are worn and need updating, the bathrooms are small, and the noise at night made it hard to sleep. A good night's rest matters a lot to us, so despite the location and other positives, we wouldn't stay again.
We got to the hotel two hours before check-in after an early morning flight from the US, and the staff still managed to get us into a room. They were always helpful and very nice. The rooms were clean, with daily housekeeping, and being just two blocks from Paulista Av kept things quiet at night. We had a great stay, and I can highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is good, but I left soon after checking in. There were beeps in the corridor and street noise in the rooms, and the pool was completely closed for renovations. It had been the main photo in the adverts, with no warning that it wouldn't be available. Because of those issues, I can't recommend the hotel.
