The food was excellent, breakfast was perfect, and the full-board plan was well worth it. The room was a little compact, but comfortable, with big beds and a lovely view, which is rare when you’re traveling with kids. The hotel worked really well for our family, especially the shallow pool, which put us at ease. The view was surreal, the free boat crossing to the beach was a real plus, and everyone was attentive. We had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday there, including a surprise cake made by the hotel that was simply amazing. We stayed Sunday to Wednesday before Carnival, when things were quiet. We already want to come back.

The standout is definitely the wonderful scenery. Guests also get access to the complex across the river, which can be booked as a day visit even without staying at the hotel. The grounds are very complete, and the landscape there is even more interesting. The hotel itself is new and comfortable, the team is attentive and helpful, and the stay was very peaceful. There was live music at dinner, plus a game room, kids' area, and well-equipped gym. The pool is only 80 cm deep at its deepest, so it feels very safe for children, though it’s not that interesting for adults. Still, it makes for great photos.

The downsides were a frustrating check-in issue, which the manager sorted out during our stay, and a dinner bill that was higher than it should have been. When we questioned it, the waiter questioned us back, but another helpful staff member resolved it. On some nights the restaurant music was so loud we asked them to turn it down. Light came through the corners of the curtains early in the morning, we only got one hand towel each day, and the pool was completely shallow, like it was made just for children. The location is beautiful, right by the river, and the room had a lovely view, a good bed, and a nice shower. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Most of the staff were kind, helpful, and polite, especially at breakfast. I also want to mention Denise from housekeeping. She was so kind, polite, and helpful, with an amazing warmth about her. I hope she sees this because she deserves all the recognition. The check-in issue was eventually resolved, but it did make for an unpleasant moment.

We spent a week there in Sep 2025, so this review is about that stay. The hotel complex on the beach is reached by boat across the Jequiá river. Boats run all the time. The beach is lovely, and the sea stayed calm every morning, getting rougher in the afternoon. Service there was just as good, with very attentive staff, including GABRIELA and RENATO. The staff were the highlight throughout. Everyone was polite, kind, and willing to help. Thanks to the restaurant team, JOICE, MATHEUS, WEVERTON and PATRÍCIA, the operations manager MATHEUS, SALOMÃO at reception, and FABIANO from maintenance and the pool. Sorry to the others whose names I can't remember right now, you were all fantastic. The hotel itself was excellent, with new, very clean rooms. The rooftop was a real treat, with a beautiful view, a pool, and the restaurant. A couple of things caught us off guard. The beach complex closes on Tuesdays. We understand the staff need a well-earned day off, but this should be posted on the website beforehand. We hadn't arranged another outing in advance, through a guide or agency, and ended up losing the day. Sunday to Thursday wasn't really half board as we expected. Breakfast was included, and dinner was a complimentary set meal with a salad starter, one main course, which was very good but small, especially for men, and one dessert. If you wanted another serving, you had to pay extra. We only found this out when we arrived on Sunday. Again, the website should explain it clearly. Actual half board with an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet was only available Friday and Saturday. It would help to post both the Tuesday beach complex closure and the Sunday to Thursday meal arrangement in advance, so guests can plan.

The desserts were fantastic, but the rest of the food was average. The hotel has attractive architecture, though the rooms are small. Everyone was friendly, but there weren't enough staff for the demand, so service took a long time.
