This isn't a hotel, but two residential buildings. Note: This review was for NEXT TOWERS, located in JOÃO PESSOA - PB.

The setting is very comfortable and welcoming, and everything is high quality. The team is well prepared, and the equipment is state of the art. Consultório Dra. Renata Férrer; Dermatologia e Estética Avançada is, in my opinion, the best dermatologist. Top.

There was no breakfast, and it was hard to find the flat because there were no signs pointing to it.

The rooms were comfortable and good, but I didn't feel secure without cameras in the corridors or 24-hour security. The inside door to the room should have a lock too. I was bothered by the lack of daily housekeeping, fresh towels and bed linen, and rubbish collection. There should be an access ramp in front of reception. The existing ramp is on the side street, which was deserted when I came back late from work. They should at least offer breakfast, and reception staff need training to improve the service. I stayed for work, but didn't feel comfortable there, so I wouldn't recommend it to friends and won't stay there again if I can help it.
