Being right by Criciúma Shopping made it easy to find places to shop and eat. The hotel felt modern and practical, with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a tasty breakfast, and free parking. It was a good value too. Hilton Honors members should ask for their points to be credited, since that doesn't happen automatically. They also seem to have limited access to Hilton's booking system.

The room was a little small, but it was very clean, and the bathroom was really good. There's covered parking, an elevator, internet, TV, and air conditioning. This is a nice place to stay overnight while traveling. Breakfast was the weak spot: the buffet felt small and cramped, its layout wasn't great, and some things were already gone by 9:15 in the morning.

I had a visitor come to my room for a meeting. At reception, the attendant spoke sharply to my visitor and demanded that they hand over an ID. Earlier, in front of other people and loudly enough for them to hear, he had told me my daily rate didn't include a companion and that I'd need to pay extra. It was an embarrassing situation, and the way it was handled exposed me unnecessarily. To put an end to it and avoid any more exposure, I said they could charge whatever they thought was appropriate.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel was spotless and neatly kept. We loved our stay, and the price felt like good value.

The room had an extremely strong mold smell. The hotel's location is good, right beside the shopping mall, and breakfast is available.
