The location is excellent for watching kiting, and it’s a nice spot for music, with DJs and singers. The waiters seemed distracted, though, and the food gets cold easily.

At Cabaré do Vento in Preá, the cocktails are great and the music is just right. With the sea breeze and good company, the relaxed atmosphere makes the evening pass without you noticing.

The rooms are quite small, so this place is best suited to couples and kitesurfers. It’s right on the beach, and waking up to the waves and wind is lovely. The bar and restaurant are good too, a nice place for a sunset drink, and the staff are very kind.
