What stayed with me most was the warmth my wife and I received. That kind of human kindness is a treasure and hard to come across. The architecture is fascinating, and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. Thank you to the wonderful Sra Flávia, Sra Gorete and Sr Chico.

The house is beautiful, and anyone who appreciates architecture will love it. The view from the window is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, and Sr. Chico was an excellent host. The rooms themselves are simple. I didn't like the bathroom, though, since the toilet was very uncomfortable to use. I wouldn't choose this place for children or people with mobility problems.

Sr. Chico, the manager, welcomes guests so warmly and makes you feel at home. The house is a modernist building from the 1980s, and the owners are maintaining the property, which makes the setting really interesting. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and there's a small kitchen if you want to prepare a meal. Some things could be improved, though renovations are underway and the bedroom carpets are due to be removed. It's very close to the center, with paved-road access.

The staff are polite and helpful, and the house itself is like a lesson in architecture, with the comfort of an inn. It's a good fit for couples and friends. Because of the stairs and open gaps in the construction, I wouldn't recommend the house for older people or couples with babies.

The prices are attractive compared with the more expensive inns, and everything is close by. The house, designed by a renowned architect, is well located for visiting Cunha's ceramic studios and tourist spots, or taking a quick trip to Paraty in Rio de Janeiro. A great place for couples to enjoy together. Five stars!
