In studio 1322, everything is in one small space, including a small double bed, fridge, noisy washing machine, and air conditioner that kept popping all night. There were no dishes or cups, no coffee maker, just one hand towel and one bath towel per person. The TV is outdated and can't handle streaming services like Netflix or Prime. The shower stall is tiny, and you have to leave the doors open to have room to move.

We asked politely if we could leave our bags before check-in. The doorman just said, “No, come back later,” in a rude tone that felt like he was kicking us out. A simple polite answer would have been enough. I noticed other people had mentioned the same behavior, and the whole thing was unpleasant.

I asked where the pool was and got an extremely rude response. The doormen here are very coarse and ill-mannered. I'm from RJ, so I'm used to people being blunt, and this still stood out.

They should rename this building “A Delay in Your Life.” Deliveries here are a mess. The front desk says they called the apartment, while the resident says they didn't, so you never know who's telling the truth. I lose at least 15 minutes each time I make a delivery here, and the residential doormen are very rude to delivery workers.
