Mercure Curitiba Batel

We came for a family get-together to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the staff made it feel special. They arranged a small plate of sweets and a personalized card wishing him a happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is conveniently located, everyone was friendly, and breakfast was fantastic. We had a great stay and will come back.

The reception staff were brilliant and very helpful, and the food was delicious, especially breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with malls and stores within walking distance. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Curitiba.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, while breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There’s a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. The reception team gave us all the information we needed and were very attentive and helpful, including the girl from France and the young man with a beard whose names I don’t know. The man at the bar and breakfast was diligent too.

The room we got was still very dated, even after we were upgraded twice. It wasn’t the room we’d booked on the website. There’s a notice in the lifts about some rooms being modernized.
