I really liked the hotel's jazz style and found the rooms cozy. The corner rooms have a huge television, and the location is perfect. Parking is valet, and the person handling it was very nice. The Wi-Fi was the one letdown since it was pretty slow and could use improvement. Keep up the good work.
10/10
The balcony had an outstanding view of Batel neighborhood, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and full of light. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel's location is convenient too, with shopping centers and groceries within walking distance.
10/10
The hotel has nice beds and a good shower. Our king bed was made from two single beds, but they were joined together well. At the fulljazz bar, the setting is cozy and the music is really good, worth the 20 bucks for the couvert. The food there is overpriced, though, and portions are too small.
8/10
The bed was very comfortable, and the room is a good size with nice decor. The hairdryer is more powerful than the ones you usually find in hotels.
10/10
I stayed here for a conference and had a wonderful time. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and everyone was friendly.
