The flat was fully equipped and in a good location. It has parking, but you can’t rent a spot together with the reservation, which is a real downside. The nearest parking option is a block uphill.

The main hassle was the check-in, since nobody was at reception and the process was a bit complicated. Getting in and out of the garage is awkward on rainy days too. You have to open the car window to use the intercom and confirm your details, so you get wet while waiting for the gate. An acrylic cover over the entrance and exit would solve that. Otherwise, it’s good.
The rooftop gym was the standout for me, with a panoramic view of Curitiba while working out. Brickell also has useful shared facilities: a quiet, modern coworking area, a communal laundry room, and a small market for essentials at any hour. The location puts you right in city life, at the corner of Av. Silva Jardim and Desembargador Westphalen. Pubs and botecos are nearby, as are Shopping Estação and Arena da Baixada, the Athletico stadium. Transport, shopping, leisure, and culture are all close, which makes the building practical during the day and puts entertainment right outside at night.
The flat had everything I needed, and the view across Curitiba was really wide. Sensational place.
