The staff know how to treat guests and make the place feel welcoming. Rafael at the front desk was especially thoughtful. He could see how tired my son and I were after a long trip, and let us into our room a little earlier than scheduled. Such a nice touch, thanks again. I’ve already recommended the hotel to friends.

Scrambled eggs and sausages alone don’t quite cover breakfast for international guests. I’d like to see a bit more of an international selection, such as waffles, hot oatmeal, pancakes, breakfast sausages, or bacon.

It’s in a well-located part of one of Curitiba’s nicest neighborhoods. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff nice. Breakfast was delicious and the shower was great. A really worthwhile stay.

The room was clean, the bed soft and cozy, and the location was great. I was welcomed attentively and shown where I needed to go. When I asked reception for help, they responded right away. The bath was delicious.

After staying here at least twice a month for 7 years, I’m planning to stop coming, and my company will too. The breakfast has been losing quality, and the recently renovated rooms are still noisy, with AC that keeps me awake. Service has also gone downhill, with staff who seem untrained.
