The room itself was nice, but there was noise all night from kids streaming on the ground floor, and a man in the next room kept streaming in the morning. The strangest part was someone coming into our room at 9am. It wasn’t housekeeping, and we were very lucky that someone trying to steal from the room left when we screamed. For safety reasons, I wouldn’t suggest staying here. It was a weird experience, and I can’t recommend this hotel.

Reception service was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great too. The booking mentioned a garage, but parking costs extra. The curtains were very dirty, and so were the tops of the furniture.

The Wi-Fi and breakfast were okay, but I’ll never stay here again. I spent a week dealing with problems after paying in advance and being unable to change hotels. From the first day, my room was dirty: there was a used shampoo container on the shower floor, sand, sugar or something similar on the bed, and the AC didn’t work. They had no other room available. You had to schedule cleaning each day, but even after I did, the room wasn’t cleaned. When I complained, staff apologized and said there was only one person cleaning the hotel. Used bedsheets could be found in the corridor at any time of day.

The location is great, with several attractions nearby, and the service, including breakfast, was great too. The rooms are comfortable, though the smell of the wooden furniture gets in the way. They only have double beds. Single beds are available only if you ask ahead and one is available.
