My wife, daughter, and I stayed two nights and couldn’t sleep because of the air conditioner noise. I told reception, and they said maintenance would come check it, but nobody ever showed up. I called several times and kept getting the same answer: someone would come soon. At checkout I showed the receptionist a video of the noise. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, just repeated that she’d ask maintenance to look into it. My family and I definitely won’t stay at this hotel again.

We came from far away in a rented high-end car because we wanted to enjoy the trip. The first night, someone added a few minutes of use to the car while we slept. On the second and final night, extra kilometers showed up. We didn’t complain at the front desk, but I still wonder what might have happened if someone had hit the car or touched the things we left inside. I’d stay again, but only if we could keep the car keys next time. The hotel had only been open for nine months, yet it was already well organized, with comfortable, clean suites and a very nice breakfast. Still, what happened with the car really displeased both my husband and me.

The room’s thin drywall between it and the next one did nothing to help with the noise. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, while the fridge and bathroom plumbing were also very loud, clearly audible from inside the room. The windows were dirty too. The hotel seems to be going downhill in quality.
