Nomaa Hotel

I always enjoy staying at Nomaa hotel. The restaurant team were amazing, and the food was great. Everyone else, including housekeeping, went out of their way to help. The front desk even noticed I was taking the stairs and texted to ask whether I wanted a lower floor. I said I use the stairs for exercise, but I appreciated how closely they paid attention. Thanks very much.

Bruno was kind and helpful throughout our stay, and most of the service was good. The rooms are beautiful, though they don't have a place to eat, so we had to order room service when we couldn't get food another way. On big holidays, apparently they won't help guests get dinner reservations even when they've paid the high room rate, including at their own restaurant. One person at the front desk was extremely sarcastic, rude, and unhelpful, and really spoiled the experience.

We live in Curitiba, and after getting married during the pandemic, my husband and I chose NOMAA for a honeymoon staycation. The room service food was incredible, and the room and amenities were excellent. The staff made us feel special and celebrated our day. It was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it.

The lobby and dinner area feel cozy, and the room made for a nice stay. The hotel is decorated thoughtfully down to the smallest details, and it feels different from an ordinary hotel. I thought the experience was worth the price.
