QOYA Hotel Curitiba, Curio Collection by Hilton

The breakfast got a bit repetitive during a stay of more than a week, though I appreciated that the buffet always had warm bakery items, with a stove under the serving plates. One improvement would be the breakfast servers’ English. The hotel gets international business travelers from many countries, but only one or two restaurant servers could understand and speak English. The reception staff, on the other hand, are all fluent. The lobby is stylish, and the room was well maintained, with attractive lighting. The bed was very comfortable and smelled nice.

The service was absolutely great, and the rooms were great too. Breakfast was phenomenal, and the food overall was excellent.

The staff were friendly, spoke English, and kept my room really clean. Breakfast was great too. I had such a good stay that I'm coming back next week. It’s a very chic, lovely hotel with a really tasty breakfast.

The loyalty perks may take some follow-up if you're a Hilton Honors member. Staff here, as at other places I've stayed in Brazil, may not know the program well, so points and stay credit don't always show up automatically. It's manageable, though, and something they could improve. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good. It's in a decent Curitiba neighborhood near downtown and plenty of places to visit.
