8/10
The breakfast was great, and the staff took good care of us. I was very well received, and the rooms were very nice. The location works well for business, especially law-related work, since it’s close to the courts and state government buildings. One drawback: some of the walls may be a little thin.

The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met. Breakfast was the most delicious I’ve ever had, and it was included. It’s also an easy walk to Mueller Mall. This is one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in.

10/10
The people at the hotel were kind and welcoming. I was on the seventh floor, and it wasn’t noisy, though some floors get a lot of traffic noise from outside. The room was okay, and the location is great for getting to the big companies.

4/10
The room smelled bad, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. The bathroom gets completely wet when you shower, and some of the power outlets didn’t work. The hotel itself was okay.

Spacious, clean rooms and great service. The location is also handy for exploring the city.
